From the National Register nomination
The 1925 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco Dutch Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 4,985 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that is slightly recessed under an arched portico with paired wood columns, front facing gable with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and an offset to the west front door with a gabled overhang. There are a variety of windows on the façade including casement windows on the first floor, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor and multi-paned fixed windows, also on the second floor. There is a one-story east projection that has a metal railing located in the southeast corner of the house. There is an exterior-end brick chimney on the west elevation. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
