From the National Register nomination
The 1896 2.5-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding modified Queen Anne sets on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof with decorative wood shingle details in the various gables. The house has 3,900 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a limestone and wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the west. There are two interior brick chimneys. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
