The 1910 two-story, wood-frame with painted brick modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof that is clad with slate. The house has 2,670 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is accented by the wood-columned wraparound porch that wraps to the west. There is a two-story, three-bay projection on the façade of the house that beautifully showcases the diamond paned wood windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
