The 1906 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard early 20th Century American Movement house sets on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal slate roof with east and north projecting dormers with intact diamond paned-over-one, wood windows. There remainder of the windows in the house also feature this original diamond paned glass. The house has 4,102 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the east with a porte cochere on the east. There are two interior brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
