From the National Register nomination

The 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with rock faced concrete American Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with pressed metal shingles with projecting dormers on north and east elevations. The building has been split into multiple rental units, while maintaining the historic façade. The building has 2,420 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with paired one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The front door is offset to the east. The full-frontal wood porch with wood posts dominates the façade. There is a central brick chimney and a three bay projection on the west elevation. There is a one-story garage located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
