From the National Register nomination

The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Prairie style house sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped standing-seam metal roof. The house has 4,144 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade is dominated by the massive one-story, four-bay wraparound porch with bracketed wood details. There is a west exterior-end brick chimney. There are projecting dormers to the north and west elevation. First and second-story windows feature decorative glass. There is a concrete driveway that is located on the west side of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
