From the National Register nomination
The 1920 two-story wood frame with weatherboard and wood shingles early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. The house has 2,837 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. One predominate element of the house is the intact nature of the beautiful diamond paned glass seen throughout the façade. The façade also has a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the east and west. The gabled elements of the façade have beautiful Eastlake Stick detailing. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
