From the National Register nomination
The 1905 two-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a cross-gable, standing-seam metal roof. The house has 2,156 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The front-facing gable has an Eastlake Stick detail in the gable. The façade also features a three-bay arrangement that is dominated by a wraparound wood columned with brackets wood details porch that wraps to the east and a centered front door. There is a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
