From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal slate roof. The house has 3,572 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the east front door with intact sidelights, a partially enclosed wood columned with limestone base wraparound porch on the western half, and a one-bay two-story projection also on the western half. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick interior chimney. The rear of the house also has double wooden porches. There is a small wood-frame garage located to the north of the primary resource. There are mature trees to the rear of the house, as well as, sporadic foundation plantings and shrubbery throughout the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
