From the National Register nomination

The 1908 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Tudor Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a side gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,060 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is accented by the wood-columned, full-front, one-story, three-bay porch. The north and east elevations show the typical wood detailing of the Tudor Revival period. The front-facing gable of the north has a nine-paned, fixed, wood-sash window and the remaining windows are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an interior chimney centered in the front facing gabled section of the house. There is a 1.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
