From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard and wood shingles Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal slate roof. The building has 3,438 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a wraparound three-bay, wood columns on limestone piers porch that wraps to the west, and an off-center to the east front door with an intact transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. The only exception is the dormer windows as they are paired diamond paned-over-one, wood windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood frame with brick veneer garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
