From the National Register nomination

The 1920 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal slate roof with projecting dormers and bracketed eaves. The building has 4,704 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door, a full-front, three-bay porch with brick posts. Windows throughout are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. The exception to the windows is seen in the dormers with their fixed nine-paned wood windows, which are accented by wood shingle details. There is a west exterior end brick chimney. There are mature trees to the rear and sporadic shrubbery and small flowering trees throughout the yard. There is a one-story, wood frame brick veneer pyramidal roofed garage located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
