The 1925 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Eclectic Revival style apartment building sits on a limestone foundation under a Spanish Colonial Revival asphalt shingled roof. The house has 5,760 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. There are two central brick interior chimneys. The apartment building was designed to have three rental units as designated by the three bays of the porch, which are accessed by the three sets of limestone steps from the sidewalk. The second floor has six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is also a limestone retaining wall that separates the apartments from the street, thus defining the north property line. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
