The 1956 one-story wood frame with brick veneer ranch house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 2,240 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade is asymmetrical with a front door that is off-center to the east, east and west double-hung, vinyl windows, and a large multi-paned window just west of the front door. There is vinyl siding detailing in the gabled ends of the house. There is a central brick chimney. This house reflects the later period of development in Old Town, but the house still adheres to neighborhood materials and setback from the street.
