From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Cottage-style dwelling has a non-visible foundation and sits under a complex asphalt shingled roofline. The house has 2,639 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The prominent feature of the façade is a gambrel roof section of the house that serves as the central block with six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows and two-over-two-over-two, fixed, vinyl windows and an off-center to the west front door that is recessed into an arched opening. The eastern most section of the façade is side-gabled with the same fixed windows as the central block. The western most section of the house is set back from the other two, and it has a side-gabled roof. A portion of the front yard has been converted into a parking area with the addition of a concrete driveway on the east half of the yard. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
