BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1954 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Minimal Traditional sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,475 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The front-facing gable on the eastern half of the façade has a lunette window in the gable and a one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl window. There is a small integral porch located on the western half of the main façade that hides the front door from the street. The porch is poured concrete with wood posts featuring bracketed wood detailing. There is no visible chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
