From the National Register nomination

The 1950 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,474 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door set under a broken triangular pediment, and six-over-six, vinyl windows. There is an exterior-end brick chimney on the east elevation. There is also a two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding addition to the east elevation with striped awnings on the first and second floor. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
