The 1925 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer and stucco Tudor Revival sits on a brick foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,095 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement with a front facing gable with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and an offset to the west front door with a gabled overhang. There is also a large window arrangement on the east side of the façade that has a central single paned fixed window that is flanked by double-hung, wood-sash, six-over-six windows and then accented by a cloth awning. There is an exterior-end brick chimney on the east elevation and a paved driveway to the east of the primary resource that provides access to the one-story wood frame garage to the south of the house. The one-story, one-bay garage with a pyramidal roof that is clad with asphalt shingles features Tudor Revival detailing on the north elevation. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
