From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5-story wood frame wood shingled Bungalow sits on a poured concrete brick foundation under a side-gabled roof with bracketed eaves that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,594 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, two projecting dormers with bracketed eaves, and a full-front porch with wood posts on a fieldstone base. While all of the windows are wood-sash, they range greatly in their form. The first floor has six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash and nine-over-one, fixed, wood-sash and the dormer windows are fifteen-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash and twelve-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is no chimney present. There is a one-story, fieldstone garage with a hipped asphalt shingled roof located to the west of the house that is accessed by a north driveway. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
