From the National Register nomination

The 1920 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Cottage sits on a poured concrete foundation under a complex pressed metal shingled roof. The house has 4,089 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house is asymmetrical with a brick porch dominating the western half and an archway with a recess leading to the front door dominating the eastern side of the façade. The half story has three grouped six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
