From the National Register nomination
The 1936 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Cottage-style dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a predominately side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,324 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features an off-center to the south massive brick chimney and a front-facing brick gable, a centered front door and a variety of multi-paned metal casement windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
