From the National Register nomination

The 1905 2.5-story, wood frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,312 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wraparound porch that wraps to the west with paired wood columns and a triangular pediment at the point of entry that is off-center to the east with intact sidelights, a two-story turret on the west, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an interior brick chimney in the northwest corner of the house. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood. This house is a picturesque example of the Queen Anne style and serves as a showcase for the craftsmanship and design of the Old Town neighborhood.
