From the National Register nomination

The 1936 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival single dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,063 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights that sits under a wooden arched portico with paired wood columns. There is also a wood columned side porch on the south elevation. The windows throughout are eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash on the first floor and six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash on the second floor with wooden shutters with crescent cutouts. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. There is a small limestone retaining wall that defines portions of the east and south property lines. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
