From the National Register nomination
The 1936 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 4,440 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a four-bay symmetrical arrangement with a centered front door with flanking inset pilasters and a triangular pediment. The windows are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
