From the National Register nomination
The 1947 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Cottage sits on a brick foundation under a predominately side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,224 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a front-facing gable with a massive exterior brick chimney, an off-center to the south front door that is covered by a one-story, one-bay wood columned porch, and a south projecting dormer. The windows throughout are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a one-story, shed to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
