From the National Register nomination

The 1935 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco and limestone veneer American Four Square with second floor Tudor Revival detailing sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof. The building has 2,812 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the south original front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a full-front limestone piered one-story, three-bay porch that is accented by a wooden balustrade, and a projecting dormer. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a central concrete interior chimney. There is a one-story wood frame with weatherboard pyramidal roof garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
