From the National Register nomination

The 1935 2.5-story, wood frame with vinyl siding American Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,184 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a reconfigured three-bay arrangement with the front door offset to the south, a fully enclosed full-front porch with still intact square wood posts set on limestone piers. There is a projecting dormer on the main elevation with two louvered openings. The windows on the second floor are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, while the first floor windows in the now enclosed porch are one-over-one, vinyl replacements. There is a north exterior-end brick chimney and an interior brick chimney in the southeast corner of the house. There is a 1.5-story, wood-frame garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
