The 1938 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer and wood details Tudor Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a complex asphalt shingled roof. The building has 4,993 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a massive front facing gable on the north side of the façade with multi-paned, metal casement windows. The front-facing gable also creates a covered concrete slab walkway that provides access to the centered front door with sidelights that is located in the side-gabled block of the house that also has another grouping of multi-paned, metal casement windows. The north elevation of the house features a continuous projecting dormer with wood detailing that was also seen in the front-facing gabled section of the façade. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
