From the National Register nomination
The 1925 two-story, wood-frame with stucco American Four-Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a front-gabled, standing-seam, metal roof. The house has square feet 2,140 which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement with a full-front one-story, two-bay wooden post porch, an off-center to the north front door and six-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is an interior brick chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
