From the National Register nomination
The 1924 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Dutch Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a gambrel with asphalt shingles. The house has 2,916 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with intact sidelights under an arched wood columned stoop overhang, a continuous projecting dormer with weatherboard and a south one-story, one-bay enclosed side porch. The windows throughout are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south exterior end brick chimneys. There is a one-story wood-frame garage to the east of the primary resource. The site has mature trees to the rear of the house and shrubbery throughout the yard. There is a paved driveway to the south of the primary resource. There is a limestone retaining wall that defines the west property line. The house sits on a large double lot and is representative of setback standards for the neighborhood. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
