From the National Register nomination

The 1928 1.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 2,987 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights under an arched wood columned stoop overhang and a north one-story, one-bay wing. The exterior is accented with brick corner quoins. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash and have brick arches above. There are north and south exterior end brick chimneys. There is a one-story masonry garage to the east of the primary resource. The site has mature trees in the front and rear of the house and shrubbery throughout the yard. There is a paved driveway to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
