The 1997 non-contributing three-story wood frame with stucco Mixed Revival house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a predominately side-gabled roofline that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has a one-bay, three-story projection on the south of the façade and a centered front door. The windows throughout are multi-paned, vinyl casement windows. The house was constructed in an unsympathetic fashion to the surrounding landscape and has served to destroy the historic picturesque views enjoyed by the residents of Old Town, as it is the only three-story building in the neighborhood. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
