From the National Register nomination
The 1933 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with slate. The house has 4,288 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights under a one-story, one-bay ionic columned porch with a bracketed cornice line and a decorative metal balustrade on the second story. The exterior is accented by a decorative cornice line and brick jack arches. The façade also features multi-paned, wood casement windows on the first floor, six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor and a second-floor multi-paned Palladian window. There are north and south exterior end brick chimneys. There is a one-story masonry garage to the east of the primary resource. The site has mature trees in the front and rear of the house and shrubbery throughout the yard. There is a paved driveway to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
