The 1955 one-story modified Ranch is set on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house features an asymmetrical four-bay arrangement with a centered front door, and one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is a central brick chimney. There are two metal and glass greenhouses located to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
