The non-contributing 1963 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified-Ranch-style-dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,129 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The house features a three-bay arrangement with a solid front facing gabled section on the south side of the main elevation and a side-gabled section that is slightly recessed that houses the front door and a set of one-over-one, vinyl windows. There are two exterior-end brick interior chimneys on the north elevation. The house is non-contributing because of its 1963 date of construction.
