BrickDoes not contribute to the district's historic character
From the National Register nomination
The non-contributing 1958 one-story wood-frame with brick veneer modified Ranch-style dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof with a south two-bay wing. The house has 2,919 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a seven-bay arrangement with a centered front door that is recessed under a triangular pediment with inset pilasters. The windows throughout are eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl. There is a north exterior-end chimney and an interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame shed with wood paneling located to the west of the primary resource. The house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood. The house is non-contributing due to its 1958 date of construction.
