The house has 2,986 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features an asymmetrical three-bay arrangement with a centered recessed front door with fixed vinyl windows to the north and south. There is an interior brick chimney. The house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood. The building is non-contributing due to its 1960 date of construction.
