From the National Register nomination
The 1993 wood frame, two-story brick revivalist inspired house has a five-bay arrangement, brick quoins, and a complex roofline clad with asphalt shingles. The house is not in keeping with the historic district as it was constructed in 1993 and does not follow traditional setback from the street for the neighborhood, and it sits in the middle of a double lot. The lot is heavily landscaped with numerous shrubs and trees, as well as, foundation plantings. The house reflects a shift in Old Town away from the cohesive development pattern that is not sympathetic to architectural history of the neighborhood as a whole.
