From the National Register nomination
The 1941 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 3,826 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with a broken triangular pediment. There are two three-bay projecting windows on the first floor with fixed multi-paned, wood windows. There are three projecting dormers in the half-story that have six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a central brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
