The non-contributing 1963 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival inspired house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a hipped, asphalt-shingled roof. The house is an evolved block that takes up two lots. The north section is the two-story section, and it has a three-bay arrangement with eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl windows on the first floor and six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows on the second floor. The southern half of the house is a one-story under a hipped, asphalt-shingled roof that has a three-bay arrangement with a central front door. The house is listed as non-contributing due to its 1963 date of construction.
