BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 3,801 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with a projecting dormer, an off-center to the north front door with an intact transom and sidelights, and a one-story partially enclosed with weatherboard three-bay full-front square wooden post on brick piers porch that continues past the house to create a north porte cochere. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a rear interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with a pyramidal roof to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
