From the National Register nomination

The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The building has 3,482 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the north front door, a wood column on limestone piers porch that wraps to the south, and a second-story, three-bay projection under a front-facing gable with wood shingle detailing. There is a south two-story, one-bay projection. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central interior brick chimney and a rear interior brick chimney in the northeast corner of the house. There is a one-story wood-frame gabled garage that stands to the east of the primary resource. There are also sporadic shrubbery and foundation plantings. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
