From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 2,777 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building has a three-bay arrangement and is accented by a replacement stucco Craftsman porch. There is a centered front door that has an intact transom. It is also interesting to note that the front of the house has a series of stained glass panels that do not appear to be original to the house, but serve to contribute to the uniqueness of the resource. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is an off-center to the north brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
