From the National Register nomination
The 1910 1.5-story wood frame with stucco modified Bungalow sits on a poured concrete brick foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles and accented with bracketed eaves. The building has 2,700 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a projecting dormer with bracketed eaves, and a full-front porch with fieldstone piers. The windows are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is no chimney present. There is a one-story, stucco garage to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
