From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The building has 7,900 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the north front door, a partially enclosed wood columned wraparound porch that originally wrapped to the south, and a second story three-bay projection under a front-facing gable with wood shingle detailing. There is a south two-story, one-bay projection. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood sash, however, the windows in the enclosed porch are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There are two interior brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
