The 1929 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 3,021 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door and two sets of three four-over-four, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are three projecting dormers in the half story that have six-over-six double hung, wood-sash windows, and the dormers are accented with weatherboard. There is a south exterior-end chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
