From the National Register nomination

The 1950 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 4,892 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a five-bay arrangement with a centered front door and four six-over-nine, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the first floor. There are three projecting dormers in the half story that have six-over-six, double hung, wood-sash windows and the dormers are accented with weatherboard. There is a north exterior-end chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
