BrickDoes not contribute to the district's historic character
From the National Register nomination
The 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer modified Ranch-style-dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof with a north two-bay wing. The house has 2,542 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a five-bay arrangement with a centered front door with inset pilasters, with flanking eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl windows. The north wing has a second point of entry and a one-over-one, double hung, vinyl window. There is a south exterior-end chimney. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood. The house is non-contributing due to its 1964 date of construction.
