The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,761 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door under a wood columned portico that is flanked by paired one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows, second floor one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows and projecting dormers with one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There are north and south one-story wings with the same weatherboard as the main house that were likely added later. Both wings also have one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There are north and south exterior-end brick chimneys, as well as, an interior brick chimney. There is a small concrete block garage that is associated with this primary resource that is one-story and the concrete block is made to look like it is wood and it stands to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
