The 1920 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,879 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a five-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights under a one-story, one-bay paired wood column portico, a side porch on the north elevation that has been screened in, and six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are north and south exterior end brick chimneys. There is a one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard and a pyramidal roof garage located to the east of the primary resource. The site has mature trees to the rear and shrubbery throughout the yard. There is a set of the concrete stairs leading up from the sidewalk. There is a paved driveway to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
